I discovered Naomi at Ruby Lane a couple of years ago, and haven’t looked back - I’ve always left the salon happy with my colour and cut, and it’s such a lovely environment in the salon too, I always feel so welcome and looked after. Naomi now cuts my daughter’s hair too, she is so patient and understanding of my daughter’s needs, and I’ve witnessed her with other clients who have needed some additional support. She’s so caring and is able to put people at ease when they are nervous. I’ve also had cuts by Chloe when Naomi isn’t around, she does a great cut and blow dry! I would highly recommend Ruby Lane, especially Naomi and Chloe!

I went to Ruby Lane today and Chloe did my curly hair. Anyone with curls knows how hard it can be to find a stylist who really understands them, and Chloe did. She took the time to ask about my hair and what I wanted, and she handled my curls with real care and skill. My curls look defined, bouncy and healthy. She was kind and easy to talk to, and the whole appointment felt relaxed. I'll definitely be booking with Chloe again, and I'd happily recommend her to anyone with curly hair. Thank you, Chloe!

I was expecting to have my hair dyed. However, I had been booked in for a wet cut. I was disappointed not to have it dyed but happy with my cut by Jayden as always. I know I requested to have a dye after my previous appointment

It had been about 5 months since my last haircut, and Izabelle did an amazing job at cutting my hair with getting rid of the dead ends, shaping my hair how I want it to be and thinning it out exactly to my liking. It felt as if she knew how to style my hair even though it was the first time booking with her. I felt very at ease with her and comfortable with explaining what I wanted out of the appointment.
