I really enjoyed my first visit to Ruby Lane staff very friendly and my stylist Izabelle was so helpful and did a superb job on my hair looking forward to my next visit !

Sarah wet cut my hair beautifully as she has done for many years and we spent a very pleasant 40 minutes chatting.

I was expecting to have my hair dyed. However, I had been booked in for a wet cut. I was disappointed not to have it dyed but happy with my cut by Jayden as always. I know I requested to have a dye after my previous appointment

It had been about 5 months since my last haircut, and Izabelle did an amazing job at cutting my hair with getting rid of the dead ends, shaping my hair how I want it to be and thinning it out exactly to my liking. It felt as if she knew how to style my hair even though it was the first time booking with her. I felt very at ease with her and comfortable with explaining what I wanted out of the appointment.

I had a lovely experience with Isabel today. She was friendly, professional and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my hair. I’m so pleased with the result and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great hairdresser.

My 15 year old daughter visited today for a 90 minute curly cut with Sarah - Jane. My daughter has anxiety and Sarah - Jane took her time to explain everything she was doing with great care, thank you. We have already booked again!

A lovely cut and blow dry today by the amazing Grace (that sounds like a song 🎵) She always listens and styles my hair exactly how I like it.
